Death... the final life transition.
It is devastating when someone you love passes over. It can be almost impossible to think of the good times and to celebrate a life, when you are shocked from the loss of it from this world.
A funeral is an event that is forced upon us, something to be endured that can seem premature and unreal. But it is the way we say good bye, salutations on completing your time here and I love you.
It takes a long time to come to terms with a loved one’s death as it reverberates in so many ways; but funerals are often the first step on the path of acceptance and allow family and friends to express their emotions, show their love and say goodbye.
As a qualified Funeral Celebrant I aim to tell your loved ones story and celebrate their life and their loves, in a respectful and passionate way, that shows how much this person meant to others.
“For what is to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun?
And what is it to cease breathing but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered?”
Kahlil Gibran
